Matthew Daube (founding member) is an artist-scholar with an MFA in Playwriting from Smith College and a PhD in Theater and Performance Studies from Stanford University. Theatrical highlights include directing his own adaptation of Franz Kafka’s Metamorphosis and performing for the Chicago-based performance group Every house has a door in their production Tesseract. Matthew’s research interests center on the performance of race and comedy and he is currently on the move, transitioning into the field of psychology.
