Archive Live! was presented in collaboration with the Museum of Performance + Design on June 18/19, 2016. In two five-hour installments, we brought the museum’s rich archive to life, using sound, video, text, performance, and a laboratory of bio-cultures sourced from the materials in the archive. We hope to continue our collaboration with MP+D.
Archive Live! featured Tonyanna Borkovi, Renu Cappelli, Michael Hunter, Derek Phillips, and Ryan Tacata. Special thanks to Muriel Maffre and Kirsten Tanaka. The project was funded in part by The Zellerbach Family Foundationand William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.
